Since opening in 2008, Heads Up has served tens of thousands of clients and their families offering treatments to live in greater peace and function.  Colleen serves the HeadsUp clients in many ways, creating an environment of safety and nurture where deep and long lasting change takes place.

Dr. Scott has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of behavioral healthcare. His strong background in education and human relations contributes to developing a safe environment that fosters independent learning through self-evaluation and his vision ito assist individuals take greater responsibility for improving the quality of their lives. 

Dr. Rosenman is a Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience helping those with mental health disorders by providing a comprehensive treatment plan that can include medication, therapy, and other support services. Our Medical Director can prescribe medication to help manage cravings and treat co-existing psychiatric disorders. The psychiatrist can also help patients address the underlying causes by identifying core mental health disorders that may have led to substance abuse. 

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Wendy has directly helped thousands of veterans and their families get connected to the best mental healthcare resources available. Her passion and dedication comes from her leadership style, where people are at the heart of every mission. Her education, experience, and training in veteran issues has equipped her with the organizational and leadership skills necessary to ensure the best support is provided.
